'Polperro Summer' oil on board 260 x 370mm by Fred Yates (1922 - 2008) signed to lower right, painted early 70's, complete with a closed-corner handed painted pale-cream slip within a closed-corner gold metal-leaf over black bole frame. This is a magical painting, once you see it you just cannot take your eyes off it, truly captures a moment in time, it is a little jewell!
