'Weave been stretched V' 2015 acrylic on stretched canvas 300 x 300 x 37mm by Ian Tappy (born 1971) signed and titled to verso. To appreciate this series of paintings you have to see them in the flesh; the timber is created by paint, the weave is created by paint as are the staples holding the woven canvas in place!
