'Red Goddess'

'Red Goddess' ~ Florence Welch oil (portrait) and acrylic (background) on stretched canvas 600 x 500mm by Jo Beer (born 1938), signed to lower right and further titled and signed to verso. Jo loves Florence's bohemian style and thought that a the William Morris 'Pink & Rose 1890' pattern might be a suitable background. It has resulted in a painting that has a Mucha feel to it. Painted on a box deep edge canvas, with edges painted stone, unframed though ready to hang.
